Expect a thorough interview and health assessment, followed by Acupuncture treatment in a private, relaxed setting.  Services such as Cupping, Tuina (Chinese Massage Technique) , Scraping (Guasha), Moxibustion, Electro-Acupuncture and/or Herbal Therapy may be added on a case-by-case basis.  Please wear loose-fitting clothing, preferably pants and a shirt that can comfortably be rolled up to the knee and elbow. Also, please be sure not to come in for your treatment on an empty stomach.  Acupuncture treatment is typically very calming. Expect to rest and refresh on the treatment table for at least 25 minutes enjoying a "needle nap".
